Job Description
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
- Preferably a licensed engineer; however, non-licensed applicants with relevant experience are welcome to apply.
- At least six (6) months experience in product design, product development, or manufacturing engineering is preferred. Fresh graduates with strong academic performance and relevant internship experience may also apply.
- Proficient in CAD software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Corel Draw, or similar design software.
- Knowledge of 2D and 3D modeling, engineering drawings, geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T), and product development processes.
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes, materials selection, machining, fabrication, plastic injection molding, stamping, or assembly processes is an advantage.
- Knowledge of Design for Manufacturing (DFM), Design for Assembly (DFA), and engineering problem-solving methodologies is preferred.
- Basic understanding of quality management systems, engineering standards, and continuous improvement tools.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
