WESTLAKE TOTAL SOLUTIONS INC. is looking for a GYM ATTENDANT to be assigned in Makati City.
Job Description:
- Assist members and guests with inquiries and provide information about gym services and programs.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of gym facilities and equipment.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and emergency procedures.
- Conduct orientation sessions for new members regarding gym operations.
- Facilitate smooth customer experiences by addressing any concerns or feedback.
Requirements:
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Experience Level: 1–3 years of experience in a customer service or fitness environment.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English language; strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Qualities and Traits: Friendly, approachable, and passionate about fitness and helping others.
