- Implements the sales unit goals through the translation of the plans and programs into efficient sales operations and achievement of related key performance indicators (KPI).
- Acquiring new Clients and retention of existing Accounts.
- Perform effective telemarketing and tap potential Clients and Leads.
- Prospecting and profiling new Clients.
- Regularly updates the Client for promos and new products to offer.
- Negotiate, and prepares contract and packages for potential and closed sales.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations.
- Prepares quotations and process orders.
- Write an After-sales visit report to identify the Client's requirements and requests.
- Preferably a graduate in Marketing Management.
- At least 1 year of working experience in retail sales is an advantage but not required.
- Computer literate. (MS WORD, EXCEL, etc.)
- Basic understanding of sales principles and basic knowledge of client management.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willing to work onsite/office based.
