Your bite-size role:

Power 4 All, Inc. is currently looking for a Promo Exhibitor (Blue Promoters) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling car battery products within assigned retail or exhibit locations, while providing accurate product information and assistance to customers. You will ensure proper product presentation, monitor stock availability, and uphold excellent customer service standards, while professionally representing Power 4 All in all customer interactions.

Your role has a wide range of responsibilities:

• Actively promote and sell car battery products to customers
• Explain proper battery maintenance, safety precautions, and installation guidelines
• Assist customers with product inquiries, recommendations, and basic technical information
• Maintain good customer relationships and provide after-sales assistance when necessary
• Conduct product demonstrations and explain features, benefits, and usage
• Support sales targets and achieve daily/weekly quotas
• Ensure all marketing materials (banners, standees, flyers) are properly displayed and updated
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and retail guidelines
• Participate in product training sessions and stay updated on new product features and promotions
• Support on-ground activations, roadshows, and exhibit events when assigned
• Safeguard company assets, including display units and inventory stocks
• Ensure proper product display, cleanliness, and stock availability in the assigned area

Who we need for the  high-performance team:

• Graduate of any Vocational or Bachelor’s Degree
• Proven experience as a Retail Sales Associate, Sales Representative, or in a similar role
• Background in automotive products is an advantage, but not required
• Outgoing, energetic, and proactive with a strong customer-oriented mindset
• Strong attention to detail, particularly in product displays, pricing, and labeling to ensure accuracy and brand consistency
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer engagement and team collaboration
• Sales-driven with the ability to meet and exceed targets
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer inquiries and concerns professionally
• Basic knowledge of inventory handling and stock monitoring
• Demonstrates reliability and punctuality, with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Willing and able to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays
