• Complete the required one-month training program and product orientation.
• Relocate and travel to assigned provincial areas as needed.
• Assist distributors in identifying and acquiring potential clients within the assigned territory.
• Conduct regular field visits to retail stores, wholesalers, dealers, and other prospective customers.
• Present company products and promotions to potential clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and distributor sales teams.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
• Generate leads and convert prospects into active customers.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and performance objectives.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
• Ensure proper product visibility and availability in assigned accounts.
• Coordinate with internal departments regarding customer requirements and market concerns.
