Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule training programs for seafarers and office personnel.
• Monitor training compliance in accordance with company, client, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain and update training records and databases.
• Coordinate with training providers, instructors, and internal departments.
• Prepare training reports, certificates, and related documentation.
• Assist in developing and improving training programs and materials.
• Ensure timely completion of mandatory training requirements.
• Provide administrative support for the Training Department.
