Job Summary:

The Assistant Lounge Manager supports the Lounge Manager in overseeing daily lounge operations, ensuring exceptional guest experience, efficient staff management, and compliance with service and safety standards. This role plays a key part in maintaining premium service quality in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing daily lounge operations and service flow
• Supervise and support lounge staff to ensure excellent customer service
• Handle guest concerns, feedback, and service recovery professionally
• Monitor cleanliness, food & beverage presentation, and overall lounge standards
• Assist in staff scheduling, attendance monitoring, and basic admin reports
• Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety, and hygiene standards
• Coordinate with kitchen, service, and support teams for smooth operations
• Act as Officer-in-Charge (OIC) in the absence of the Lounge Manager

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field (preferred)
• At least 3–5 years of supervisory experience in hospitality, lounge, hotel, or F&B operations
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills
• Able to work in shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to perform well under pressure
