The Team Leader – Travel Campaign is responsible for leading and managing a team of customer service or sales representatives supporting travel-related accounts. The role focuses on driving team performance, achieving service and productivity targets, coaching team members, and ensuring excellent customer experiences.
Qualifications:
Education: At least 2 years in college (no back subjects).
Experience: 1–2 years BPO Team Lead/Assistant Manager for Travel Campaign with at least a year of GDS experience
Work Set-Up: Onsite.
