Position: German Language Support

Work Schedule: Mid-Shift with +1 hour flexibility

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a business-related discipline.
• Can speak, read, and write in German language
• Intermediate skills in MS Office and project tools, with practical experience.
• Intermediate expertise in accounting software (e.g., SAP).

Responsibilities:

• Handle general ledger duties like journal creation, entry postings, account clearing, and balance reconciliations.
• Respond to supplier emails regarding Dunning Letters and document inquiries.
• Conduct invoice checks for related companies.
• Manage intercompany tasks including payment processing, withholding tax, document handling, master data updates, and workflow approvals/postings.
