Job Description
Description
- Performs clerical and administrative tasks including drafting letters, memos, invoices, reports, and other documents for senior staff.
- Receives incoming communication or memos on behalf of senior staff, reviews contents, determines importance, and summarizes and/or distributes contents to appropriate staff.
- Performs additional duties as assigned by executives.
- Deliver exact details based on the conversation of foreign national and translator.
- Attend meeting and translate all the details especially on technical matters on project site.
- Verify the accuracy of technical terms and terminology
- Interpreting with no additions or omissions.
- Coordination with all local and foreign national for other concern and related works
- Performs other related duties as assigned
Requirements
- Can speak, read and write fluently in Mandarin Fookien or Hookien.
- Has proven work experience as a Translator.
- Can provide Chinese support services, including transcription, translation and interpretation
- Preferably with basic knowledge in Construction Industry.
- Willing to be assigned in Binondo, Manila
- Can start immediately.
