- Develop new business by acquiring corporate accounts nationwide and building a strong sales pipeline across SMEs, large corporations, BPOs, manufacturing firms, schools, cooperatives, and associations.
- Promote YAKAP as an employee health and productivity solution by creating customized healthcare packages, proposals, and presentations, and negotiating contracts.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and client meetings to proposal, negotiation, closing, and contract renewal.
- Expand existing accounts by increasing employee enrollment and cross-selling healthcare products and services, including Prime Life Care, 1Cure, CLS services, executive checkups, vaccinations, and wellness programs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers such as CEOs, HR Directors, CHROs, CFOs, Company Doctors, and Benefits Managers.
- Establish strategic partnerships through referral networks, business associations, chambers of commerce, brokers, and HR conferences.
- Achieve sales targets by driving annual contract value, recurring revenue, client acquisition, retention, renewals, cross-selling revenue, and overall pipeline growth.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, Nursing (with business experience), Public Health, or a related field; an MBA is an advantage.
- Minimum of 8–12 years of B2B sales experience.
- Preferably 5+ years of experience selling healthcare benefits to corporate clients.
- Proven background in corporate healthcare, employee benefits, HMOs, occupational health, insurance, wellness programs, diagnostics, and managing an established professional network.
- Strong business development, relationship management, negotiation, and corporate sales skills.
