STORE DEVELOPMENT STAFF
Job Description:
- Managing and arranging permits required for technical operation and deliveries
- Oversee the flow of the leasing section towards the mall and/or building terms
- Negotiate the offers rates and charges based on the company's requirements and demands
- Monitoring and arrangement of Lease Space for Renewal and/or Non Renewal
- Arrangement and filing of Lease of Contracts
Job Qualification:
- must be a Bachelor's degree holder
- can work with minimal supervision
- can work under pressure
- can speak and understand English
- can do multitask
Work Schedule: MONDAY-FRIDAY (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM)
Deployment: HEAD OFFICE- PASAY CITY
Salary Package: Php 19, 000 - Php 22, 000
