Qualifications
- Must be able to meet assigned quotas and targets
- Willing to work onsite six (6) days per week from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
- Willing to extend work hours until 6:30 PM when necessary
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Computer literate and proficient in basic office applications
- Able to work under pressure and handle tasks efficiently
- Has good attendance and punctuality record
Job Requirements
- Must be at least a high school graduate (or equivalent) and have complete benefits requirements/documents.
- Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Punctual, reliable, and goal-oriented
- Able to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced work environment
