About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Recruitment Consultant to manage the end-to-end recruitment process for mid-level positions. The successful candidate will partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand workforce requirements, identify qualified talent, and deliver an efficient and positive candidate experience.

This role is ideal for a recruitment professional who is confident in sourcing, screening, stakeholder management, and candidate engagement, with a strong understanding of recruitment best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• More than 5 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience, preferably with experience hiring mid-level professionals.
• Proven experience managing multiple vacancies simultaneously.
• Strong sourcing and candidate assessment skills.
• Excellent communication, interviewing, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to understand technical and non-technical job requirements.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working with recruitment systems, applicant tracking systems (ATS), LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with hiring managers and HR teams.
• Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
