PLANT ACCOUNTANT (Laguna)

Job Qualifications

• Accounting degree graduate or its equivalent
• Minimum of 5-year experience in a manufacturing setting including the management of financial systems and budgets, financial reporting, financial data analysis, auditing, taxation and providing financial advise
• Above average in People Handling Skills

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Philippine Financial Reporting Standards and Philippine Accounting Standards
• Cash management, procurement and Inventory Fundamentals
• Understanding of Philippine Tax Code, Local Business Tax Laws, and relevant government regulations
• Economic principles
• Auditing practices and principles
• People Management
• Strategic Planning

REQUIRED ABILITY AND SKILLS

• Exceptional ability to analyze and prepare reports and statements of financial data
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and reconciliation skills
• Ability to plan, set priorities, organize, delegate and follow through to completion on all areas of responsibility in a timely manner
• Communicates well to the Management, External Clients, Suppliers, etc. using English language in oral and written form
• Advanced mathematical skills
• Proficient in accounting computer applications
