Key Qualifications:

• At least 3–5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer, Analyst, or Consultant
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, AngularJS, and web design best practices
• Experience in Service Portal implementation and customization
• Hands-on experience implementing ServiceNow applications/modules such as HRSD, GRC, SecOps, CSM, PPM, APM, ITOM, or custom applications
• Proven experience handling end-to-end ServiceNow project implementations (minimum of 1 full project lifecycle)
• Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Experience in workflow automation, integrations, and platform customization is an advantage
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow solutions based on business requirements
• Implement and maintain ServiceNow modules, applications, and Service Portal functionalities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients throughout the project lifecycle
• Develop scripts, workflows, UI policies, business rules, and integrations within the ServiceNow platform
• Ensure system performance, security, and adherence to development best practices
• Participate in requirement gathering, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within the ServiceNow environment
• Provide documentation and technical guidance for ongoing enhancements and support
