Key Responsibilities:

1. SAP FICO Implementation & Configuration

• Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of SAP FICO solutions in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud.
• Configure FI modules including:
• General Ledger (GL)
• Accounts Payable (AP)
• Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Asset Accounting (AA)
• Configure CO modules including:
• Cost Center Accounting
• Profit Center Accounting
• Internal Orders
• Profitability Analysis (COPA)

2. Business Requirements & Solution Design

• Work with finance and business stakeholders to gather requirements.
• Translate business needs into SAP functional specifications and system designs.
• Conduct fit-gap analysis and recommend SAP best practices.

3. System Integration

• Ensure integration of SAP FICO with other modules such as:
• Materials Management (MM)
• Sales & Distribution (SD)
• Human Resources (HR)

4. Testing & Deployment Support:

• Functional testing
• User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• System validation
• Maintain documentation for configurations and business processes.

5. Post-Go-Live Support

• Provide support for incidents, enhancements, and optimization.
• Guide key users on SAP financial best practices.
• Ensure stability and continuous improvement of the financial system.

6. Consulting & Client Engagement

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Participate in pre-sales activities and solution proposals.
• Provide knowledge transfer and training to end users and junior consultants.

Required Qualifications Education

Bachelor’s degree in:

Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, Business or related field.

Experience

Typically 7+ years of SAP FICO experience.

Experience with at least 2 full-cycle SAP implementations.

Strong experience in SAP S/4HANA and Public Cloud environments.

• SAP Certification (FICO or S/4HANA)
