About Us

We’re building a highly automated energy & construction business (insulation, solar, home efficiency), with a strong focus on AI-driven operations and systems.
Our goal is simple:replace manual work with clean, scalable systems.

The Role

We’re looking for someone who understands operations first, automation second.
You will take real business processes (sales, admin, job management) and turn them into automated, AI-supported systems.
This is a builder role, not a support role.

What You’ll Do

• Map and improve operational workflows
• Build automations across CRM, messaging, and job pipelines
• Create AI-assisted flows (lead qualification, follow-ups, internal tools)
• Connect systems using APIs, webhooks, and Make/Zapier
• Reduce manual work across the business

What We’re Looking For

Must have:

• Strong understanding of business operations / workflows
• Experience with Make, Zapier, or similar tools
• Solid grasp of APIs, webhooks, and data flow
• Ability to think in systems, not tasks

Bonus:

• GoHighLevel experience
• Experience with AI / LLM automations
• CRM or sales pipeline experience
