Position Overview

RecruitGo is seeking a highly skilled AI Engineer/Programmer to design, build, and integrate AI-powered systems that enhance internal operations and client-facing solutions. This role combines AI development, software engineering, and systems integration to create intelligent workflows, automation tools, and scalable cloud-based solutions.

You will be responsible for developing AI-driven agents, orchestrating workflows, integrating systems across platforms, and ensuring solutions meet security, compliance, and performance standards. The ideal candidate has strong Python expertise, hands-on experience with AI frameworks and APIs, and the ability to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.

This is a highly technical role suited for someone who thrives in building practical AI applications, automation pipelines, and system integrations within cloud and SaaS environments.

Responsibilities: 

AI & Automation Development

• Design and build AI-powered agents, workflows, and automations (internal and client-facing).
• Develop tools for data processing, enrichment, AI-assisted decision-making, and workflow orchestration.
• Implement prompt engineering, model orchestration, and structured output validation.
• Build guardrails to ensure AI outputs meet business, security, and compliance standards.

Software Engineering

• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented Python code.
• Develop APIs, scripts, and services to integrate AI systems with:
• CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot)
• ITSM / PSA tools
• Cloud platforms (AWS / Azure)
• Internal databases and dashboards
• Maintain version control, testing frameworks, and deployment pipelines.

Systems & Integration

• Integrate AI solutions with platforms such as Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Notion, and others.
• Build automation for user lifecycle management (onboarding, offboarding, governance).
• Support cloud-native development and infrastructure automation when required.

Governance & Quality

• Ensure solutions align with security best practices and data privacy requirements.
• Follow internal naming conventions, SKU standards, and process guidelines.
• Create technical documentation and handover guides.
• Continuously improve the performance, accuracy, and reliability of AI systems.

Requirements:

Technical Skills

• Strong programming experience in Python (primary language).
• Experience working with AI/ML frameworks, LLMs, embeddings, and vector databases.
• Solid experience with API development and integration (REST, JSON, OAuth).
• Experience with SQL and/or NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with Git and collaborative development workflows.

AI & Automation

• Experience building AI-driven workflows or intelligent agents.
• Strong prompt engineering and structured output validation skills.
• Understanding of automation platforms, scripts, and orchestration.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Infrastructure-as-code experience (Terraform or automation scripts).
• Knowledge of MSP, IT operations, or SaaS environments.
• Experience integrating with CRM / PSA / ticketing systems.
• Familiarity with security, identity, and access management concepts.
• Exposure to DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
