IT Supervisor

QUALIFICATIONS

Educational Attainment:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science (BSCS), Information Technology (BSIT), or related engineering course

Technical Skills & Experience Required:

• Highly skilled in programming, with strong hands-on experience in software development and code-level implementation
• High-level technical proficiency in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and design patterns
• Advanced systems analysis, code-level review, and architectural planning skills
• Strong capability to handle and supervise a developer team through structured monitoring and progress metrics
• Excellent communication skills for collaborative and structured reporting

ROLE DESCRIPTION

• Supervise and manage the developer team by strictly monitoring day-to-day task progress and reporting directly to the Manager
• Consistently update the Manager on all operational, framework, and system software requirements
• Provide technical updates and structured project status reports to the Board of Directors (BODs) and the IT Manager
• Ensure all supervisory tasks, drafts, and plans are properly reviewed and aligned with the Manager
• Actively participate in collaborative planning, ensuring that all final operational decisions are discussed and aligned with the Manager
