IT Manager

Are you a seasoned IT professional ready to lead the technological evolution of an expanding organization? We are looking for a strategic, tech-savvy IT Manager to head our information technology department in Pasig City!

Compensation: Competitive monthly salary of ₱50,000 – ₱60,000 (depends on the experience)

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Department Leadership: Lead and manage all information technology functions across the organization.

Infrastructure & Security: Oversee IT infrastructure, enterprise applications, systems integration, and strict cybersecurity protocols.

Tech Support & Operations: Ensure seamless technical support workflows and continuous uptime for critical operations.

Digital Transformation: Plan and execute forward-thinking tech initiatives to optimize overall company efficiency.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

Core Experience: Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in information technology.

Leadership Experience: At least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.

Preferred Industry Edge: Prior experience supporting manufacturing, ERP, warehouse, or production systems is highly preferred.

Traits: Strong analytical mind, proactive problem solver, and an effective leader under pressure.

WORK SCHEDULE & TERMS

Location: Pasig City (On-site / Office-based)

Schedule: 5 Days a week | 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Must be flexible and available on an on-call basis for urgent operational needs)
