Key Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME on supported technology

- Collaborate and manage tasks to support team targets.

- Engage with multiple teams and vendors on scheduled maintenance and upgrade activities.

- Engage in joint troubleshooting efforts for high visibility critical issues.

- Execute tasks as per schedule to support end-to-end operations.

- Manage ServiceNow tickets (Request, Incidents, Problem and Change requests)

- Support 24x7 work schedule and on-call.

Qualifications:

- Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL).

- Strong knowledge of VMWare Infrastructure deployment and management.

- Experience with automation and orchestration tools like AWX, Puppet, and Ansible playbook.

- Knowledge on job scheduler tools such as Autosys.

- Familiarity with security best practices and performance tuning in Unix/Linux-based systems.

- Ability to troubleshoot complex issues in on-premises environments.

- Proficient in scripting and configuration management.

- Knowledge on Solaris OS and CDOMs/LDOMs and OpsCenter.

- Knowledge on Veritas Volume Manager.

- Familiarity with Linux on AWS or Azure cloud is preferred.
