POSITION: German Digital Solutions Specialist

LOCATION: Makati City

SALARY: Php 90,000

WORK SET-UP: Hybrid

SCHEDULE: Mid-shift (4:00 PM – 1:00 AM)

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Filipino national who can speak, read, and write in German
• Open to foreign nationals currently residing in the Philippines
• Bachelor’s Degree, Associate Degree, Vocational course, or Short course
• Experience in IT-related, customer-facing, or digital services roles is preferred
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office applications and internet-based systems

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide support to German-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat
• Handle inquiries related to digital security products, certificates, and account concerns
• Assist with product implementation, installation guidance, and troubleshooting
• Process and validate customer requests following security policies and procedures
• Perform documentation, reporting, and web/content-related tasks as needed
