ITOF Change Management Lead

Location: Makati, Metro Manila

Work Setup: Hybrid – 2-3 days in the office per week

Schedule: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Salary: ₱150,000 – ₱200,000

Job Summary

We are seeking an ITOF Change Management Lead to drive enterprise-level IT transformation initiatives. The role involves guiding change management strategies, supporting technology adoption, and collaborating with global cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead IT transformation and change management initiatives across the organization.
• Develop and implement structured change management frameworks and governance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a global/matrix environment.
• Analyze change impacts and translate complex information into actionable messaging.
• Manage multiple initiatives with competing priorities while ensuring alignment and quality.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Proven experience in enterprise change management, IT transformation, or large-scale technology programs.
• Familiarity with structured change management, governance, or delivery frameworks.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical and nontechnical audiences.
• Ability to analyze complex situations and provide actionable guidance.
