Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain technical knowledge of HR systems, including payroll, recruitment, time & attendance, talent acquisition, performance management, and compensation.
• Configure and support HR applications, including user access, system security, and integrations based on business requirements.
• Assist in implementing new software programs and system upgrades.
• Manage user testing, system implementation timelines, and project plans.
• Support testing of applications and system enhancements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve HR technology-related issues.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve HR system processes and functionality.
• Perform other assigned duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science.
• 3+ years of IT experience, including at least 1 year in Human Resources.
• 2+ years of experience as a Functional/Business Analyst in large-scale global shared services projects.
• Strong knowledge of business process analysis, functional design, software testing, and data analysis.
• Experience with ServiceNow, UKG, and Workday.
• Familiarity with Incident Management, Change Management, Request Management, Service Catalog, Discovery, Asset Management, and HR Case Management.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong problem-solving, interpersonal, and time management abilities.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively across all organizational levels.
