Responsibilities
• Handle employee onboarding/offboarding
• Manage labor contracts and personnel files
• Track employee attendance & leave
• Publish job information and screen resumes
• Manage daily administrative HR tasks
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Familiar with local labor laws and regulations (e.g., DOLE standards)
- Proficient in employee relations, recruitment, and personnel management
- Minimum 2 years relevant HR experience (construction or site HR experience preferred)
- Recruitment channels for renovation/construction workers is a plus
- Experience in industry-related HR work is an advantage
