Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Find qualified deck, engine, and-rating officers through maritime schools, crewing networks, and databases.
- Conduct technical evaluations, background checks, and license verification.
- Ensure compliance with all training manual requirements and company standards.
- Review, develop, and deliver maritime training programs aligned with regulatory, client, and company requirements.
Qualifications:
- Four years college graduate
- Good communication skills.
- Must have techniques on how & places on where to source for ranks needed
- Must have network of seafarers
- Preferably Top 4
- With recruitment experience
