Tailored for a construction/manufacturing setup and responsible for the overall operations, production efficiency, quality control, and profitability of the precast concrete plant. This role ensures that all precast elements are produced safely, on time, within budget, and in compliance with engineering specifications and industry standards.

Responsibilities

*Oversee daily plant operations, including batching, casting, curing, and storage of precast elements

*Develop and implement production schedules aligned with project requirements

*Coordinate with Project Engineers, Site Teams, and Planning Engineers

*Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards

*Supervise QA/QC processes, including testing and inspection

*Enforce safety policies in accordance with Department of Labor and Employment regulations

*Manage plant manpower, including supervisors, operators, and laborers

*Monitor equipment performance and oversee preventive maintenance

*Control production costs, minimize waste, and improve efficiency

*Coordinate delivery and logistics of precast elements to project sites

*Prepare and submit regular production and performance reports
