Key Responsibilities:

• Mag-troubleshoot at mag-repair ng plumbing systems, electrical concerns, at minor carpentry works
• Mag-conduct ng preventive maintenance at general repairs ng facilities at equipment
• Mag-install, mag-repair, at magpalit ng fixtures, pipes, switches, outlets, locks, doors, at iba pang facility components
• Tumugon agad sa maintenance requests at emergency repairs
• Regular na mag-inspect ng facilities at tukuyin ang mga kailangang ayusin o i-maintain
• Panatilihing malinis at maayos ang tools at working area
• Siguraduhing sumusunod sa safety standards at company policies ang lahat ng repair works
• Makipag-coordinate sa suppliers o contractors kung kinakailangan
• Tumulong sa iba pang maintenance-related tasks na i-aassign

Qualifications:

• May proven experience bilang handyman, maintenance staff, o related role
• Knowledgeable sa plumbing, electrical troubleshooting, at basic carpentry
• Marunong gumamit ng hand tools at power tools nang maayos at ligtas
• May strong troubleshooting at problem-solving skills
• Physically fit at kayang gumawa ng maintenance works
• Kayang magtrabaho independently with minimal supervision
• Trustworthy, responsable, at masipag
