Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for overall technical leadership of municipal water supply, wastewater treatment plants, and pipeline network projects.
• Lead technical proposal preparation during tender stage, including process scheme comparison, construction methodology, and scheduling.
• Optimize design and construction solutions in compliance with local Philippine standards (e.g., DPWH, DENR).
• Provide technical support during project execution and resolve critical technical issues.
• Coordinate with designers, clients, and consultants to ensure implementation of technical solutions.
• Participate in subcontractor technical management and key equipment selection.
• Summarize project experience and build standardized technical systems.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Civil Engineering, Water Supply & Drainage, or Environmental Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in municipal water projects, with involvement in large-scale plants or pipeline systems.
• Familiar with water treatment processes (e.g., AAO, MBR) and pipeline engineering.
• Proven experience in tender technical proposal and construction planning.
