Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end project execution (planning, scheduling, monitoring, control)
- Manage budget, cost control, and resource utilization
- Submit timely reports (progress, billing, VO, delays, etc.)
- Coordinate with PMT, subcontractors, client, and stakeholders
- Ensure materials, tools, and manpower are aligned with schedule
- Oversee project from start to turnover and final billing
Job Requirements:
- Licensed Civil Engineer/Architect with 10+ years experience (fit-out required; Megaworld exp. is a plus)
- Strong leadership in handling teams and subcontractors
- Skilled in MS Project/PERT-CPM, Excel, and reporting
- Experience in contract management (VOs, delays, claims)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Willing to relocate to Iloilo
