Qualifications:

• Must be a Licensed Civil Engineer.
• With 2–3 years of relevant experience in construction projects.
• Knowledgeable in site supervision, project monitoring, quantity estimation, and construction documentation.
• Able to read and interpret engineering plans and specifications.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD is an advantage.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work on-site.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor daily construction activities to ensure compliance with approved plans, specifications, and project schedules.
• Coordinate with the Project Manager, subcontractors, consultants, suppliers, and other project stakeholders regarding project requirements and progress.
• Review engineering drawings, plans, and technical specifications to ensure accuracy and constructability.
• Conduct regular site inspections and monitor work quality to ensure compliance with company standards, building codes, and safety regulations.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly accomplishment and progress reports.
• Monitor project schedules and recommend corrective actions to prevent delays.
• Prepare quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and material requisitions as needed.
• Inspect delivered construction materials to ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Monitor manpower, equipment utilization, and productivity on-site.
• Identify technical issues and recommend practical engineering solutions.
• Ensure proper implementation of quality control and quality assurance (QA/QC) procedures.
• Verify completed work for progress billings and project documentation.
• Coordinate with surveyors, architects, and other engineering disciplines during project execution.
• Maintain complete and accurate project records, including inspection reports, requests for information (RFIs), and as-built documentation.
• Promote and enforce compliance with occupational health, safety, and environmental regulations at the project site.
• Perform other engineering and project-related duties as assigned by management.
