1. Must know how to conduct RCA (Root Cause Analysis).

2. Monitor and guide's team's operational performance and End Of Day results.

3. Forecasts demands, replenish using Intelligent fulfillment with efficient result and Sets level of inventory per SKU

4. Performs regular inventory monitoring and maintain inventory accuracy by conducting perpetual inventory count and reconciliation.

5. Works hand in hand with warehouse team to meet Inventory Accuracy to have effective and reliable reconciliation

6. Manage BO (Bad Order) return monitoring.

7. Maintain and monitor system accuracy.

8. Perform and submit regular reports ON TIME.

9. Accommodates unanticipated occurrence of service necessity.

10. Coachable and has the ability to lead, guide and train direct subordinates.

11. Participates in all company activities which the position required to attend and accommodates meeting invites.

12. Collaborative with other departments/segments and build relationships within the organization and external customers.

13. Keen observer, team player, and result oriented.

1. College graduate of 4 years In supply chain management, accountancy, or other business course.

2. With 2 years of experience in warehouse admin processes.

3. Good time management, prioritization and multitasking abilities.

4. Has deep knowledge in data analysis.

5. Has a good interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with colleagues.

6. Has an ability to communicate professionally to all related cross functional employees.

7. Has the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

8. Willing to be assigned in Baesa Quezon City
