岗位职责：管理各渠道投放（Google Ads、Meta Ads、App Store 投 放/ASO 等）、社媒渠道运营、SEO 和 GEO（搜索引擎与 AI 搜索优化）、对接本地供应商、每周数据复盘。
不需要你自己制定增长策略，但需要你拿到一个明确目标后真的能把它做完，而不是停留在讨论 阶段。
任职要求：
● 2-4年互联网/App 增长、运营或数字营销相关经验。
● 熟悉 Google Ads、Meta Ads、App Store 投放/ASO 中至少一项，有实际操盘经验。
● 有 SEO/GEO 相关经验或认知者优先。
● 英语读写能力是加分项，能看懂英文文档、写基础英文报告更好，但不是硬性要求。
● 熟练使用 AI 工具提效，能自己判断哪些环节可以用 AI 做得更快更好。
● 执行力强，能独立把一件事从头跟到尾，同时保持清晰沟通。
