岗位职责
- 负责英文社媒及社群的日常运营、内容维护与用户增长，包括 Telegram、Discord、Instagram 等平台。
- 独立策划、组织并主持英文 AMA、线上活动及社群互动，负责活动全流程推进与复盘。
- 制定并执行社媒及社群增长方案，提升账号曝光、用户规模、活跃度及留存。
- 负责英文内容的策划与发布，包括活动预热、品牌内容、热点话题及社区互动内容。
- 及时回复用户问题，维护社群秩序与氛围，收集用户反馈并处理突发情况。
- 跟踪市场趋势、行业热点及竞品动态，持续优化社媒和社群运营策略。
- 配合市场、品牌及业务团队推进海外市场活动和用户运营工作。
岗位要求
- 具备至少 1 年以上英文社媒、社群运营或相关工作经验。
- 英语可作为工作语言，具备良好的英语口语、书面表达及沟通能力。
- 能够独立策划、组织并主持英文 AMA 或线上活动。
- 熟悉 Telegram、Discord、Instagram 等平台的运营规则及内容形式。
- 具备社媒内容策划、社群增长、用户活跃及活动运营经验。
- 工作主动，具备较强的执行力、责任心及突发问题处理能力。
- 能够接受远程办公及岗位所需的工作时间安排。
