岗位职责
1.负责交易平台中后台业务运营，包括用户、交易、资产、产品功能等模块的日常运营管理。
2.协同产品、研发、风控、客服等团队，推进运营需求落地及业务流程优化。
3.负责交易数据监控与分析，跟踪核心指标（交易量、用户活跃、转化率、资金情况等），发现问题并推动优化。
4.参与交易活动、运营策略、用户增长方案的设计与执行，提升平台交易体验。
5.负责运营规则、流程、配置管理，包括交易规则、手续费策略、活动配置等。
6.跟进线上问题处理，协调相关部门快速定位并解决业务异常。
7.持续关注行业动态及竞品策略，为平台运营优化提供建议。
任职要求
1. 1-3年以上互联网/金融/交易平台运营经验，有CEX、Web3、数字资产交易平台经验优先。
2.熟悉交易平台业务流程，包括现货、合约、充提、手续费、活动等模块。
3.具备较强的数据分析能力，能够通过数据发现问题并推动业务优化。
4.具备良好的跨部门沟通协调能力，能够推动产品、研发、风控等团队协作。
5.逻辑清晰，执行力强，具备较强的问题分析和解决能力。
6.熟悉Excel、数据分析工具，有SQL能力优先。
加分项
-有币安、OKX、Bybit、Bitget等CEX平台运营经验。
-熟悉永续合约、撮合交易、资金费率、风险控制等交易业务。
-有海外用户运营或多语言市场运营经验。
