Job Description
远程岗位
岗位职责
1、负责平台支付订单的日常监控与运营管理，确保支付业务稳定运行；
2、跟进订单状态，处理异常订单、掉单、卡单等问题，并推动问题解决；
3、负责支付渠道的日常维护及管理，对接支付渠道、合作方及内部相关部门；
4、监控支付成功率、订单量等核心指标，及时发现并反馈异常情况；
5、整理和分析支付业务数据，定期输出运营报表及分析报告；
6、协助新支付通道、新产品的测试及上线工作；
7、持续优化支付运营流程及SOP，提高整体运营效率。
任职要求
1、大专及以上学历；
2、1年以上印度/东南亚支付运营、商户运营或相关工作经验；
3、熟练使用Excel、Google Sheet等办公软件，具备较强的数据处理能力；
4、工作细致认真，责任心强，对数据敏感；
优先录用
* 有支付行业运营经验；
* 熟悉UPI、PhonePe、Paytm、MobiKwik等支付产品；
* 英语读写能力良好者优先。
