岗位职责：
交易体验提升：
定期开展竞品调研与用户访谈，散户与专业交易者分层，推动核心痛点和交易体验需求落地；
合约产品运营：
与产品团队协作，调研竞品和本所产品路径，识别产品短板推动落地，提升产品竞争力；
TradFi合约运营：
识别贵金属、大宗商品、美股热等TraFi资产热点，协同Tradfi合约上下币评估和活动热点宣发；
任职要求：
主流交易所或传统券商运营/产品3 年以上经验。
深入理解合约交易逻辑，了解合约专业用户画像及需求。
对 TradFi 资产（贵金属/大宗商品/股票） 有深入理解。
较强数据分析能力，能从交易数据中发现问题并驱动决策。
英语口语可作为工作语言。
