运营主管（活动方向）
岗位职责
- 熟练运用数据分析方法，跟踪英文区等核心市场运营数据与渠道合作效果，挖掘数据背后的问题与增长机会，统筹用户获客、激活、留存、转化等全链路增长目标；结合 Web3 行业特性设计增长策略（如邀请激励、平台代币激励等），沉淀用户长期价值。
- 负责渠道运营与用户增长：搭建并运营社群、内容、KOL、生态合作等多元化 Web3 获客渠道矩阵，监控各渠道 ROI、EFTTC、转化率等核心指标，持续优化预算分配，迭代淘汰低效渠道。
- 负责增长活动全流程策划与落地：围绕平台拉新、交易量提升等目标，结合海外用户特性定制专属渠道活动，强化合作粘性与转化效果；完成活动策划、宣发执行、数据复盘，沉淀可复用的方法论。
- 具备高效执行力与应急响应能力，可及时处理日常工作，紧急事项能在非工作时间协同响应，保障业务稳定推进。
- 负责跨部门协同对接，推动资源协调与项目落地，确保运营目标高效达成。
任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，市场营销、互联网运营、数据分析、金融等相关，英语口语流利，具备海外留学或海外工作背景者优先。
- 2 年以上渠道运营相关经验，有 Web3、加密货币行业经验优先；有过团队管理经验者优先。
- 具备较强的数据敏感度与分析能力，能通过数据洞察问题并输出可落地优化方案；熟练使用 SQL、BI 工具者优先；具备渠道潜力挖掘、效果评估与高价值渠道筛选能力。
- 深刻理解加密货币与区块链行业动态，对行业有浓厚兴趣与清晰认知。
- 具备优秀的跨团队沟通、项目管理能力与结果导向思维，工作主动负责，抗压能力强，可灵活应对突发工作。
