Project Operations

Job Responsibilities:

1. Event Planning and Solution Design

• Oversee the end-to-end design and execution of global events aligned with the project concept
• Translate the project concept into low–barrier, high–engagement event mechanics
• Plan appropriate event pacing
• Collaborate with the content team on event planning, mission systems, and narrative design

2. Community Operations and User Growth

• Activate participation and discussion across global AI/Web3 communities
• Design effective event mechanisms to deepen engagement
• Organize interactive activities such as AMAs, livestreams, and discussion forums
• Define growth and engagement metrics and continuously optimize them

3. Content Creation Collaboration and Distribution

• Develop core event content (copy, announcements, gameplay instructions)
• Co-create the brand messaging framework with the content team
• Drive cross-platform distribution (Twitter, Discord, Telegram, Web3 communities, etc.)

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration and Resource Integration

• Coordinate event system and smart contract requirements with the technical team
• Liaise with media, KOLs, DAOs, and community partners to drive joint events
• Align with project objectives to build a robust global communication matrix

5. Data Monitoring and Strategy Iteration

• Track event data (conversions, retention, engagement depth)
• Analyze user behavior and continuously iterate operational strategies
• Produce post-mortem reports and growth recommendations

Requirements:

• Proven experience independently planning events or growth projects
• Ability to translate complex concepts into easily understood content
• Deep understanding of event mechanics, user psychology, and communication channels
• Strong execution skills: able to drive events from 0 to 1
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to coordinate multiple resources
• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• 2–5 years of experience in operations, event planning, user growth, or Web3 community management
• Strong writing, content development, and storytelling skills
• Familiarity with AI and Web3 culture
• Team leadership experience is a plus

Bonus: Proficiency in collaborating with large language models (e.g., ChatGPT, DeepSeek)
