Contract Product Operations (Event Focus)

• Responsible for planning and executing contract trading activities (trading competitions, trial funds, invitational tournaments, etc.);
• Lead requirements gathering and functional configuration for event landing pages, oversee launch, and conduct data reviews;
• Coordinate with product, marketing, design, and other departments to improve conversion rates and trading volume;
• Expand contract trading channels and KOL partnerships to drive promotional activities and user growth.

Requirements

• Familiar with crypto product or activity operations logic and understand contract trading mechanisms;
• Experienced in event planning and execution, capable of independently driving project launches;
• Possess product thinking and strong cross-departmental communication and coordination skills;
• Basic data analysis skills;
• Prior experience at an exchange or derivatives platform, or possessing KOL/channel resources is a plus.

Compensation: 1000–1500 USDT/month + performance-based bonus

Final compensation determined based on candidate’s experience, execution capability, and channel performance.
