Job Responsibilities: 1. Lead operations and business development for leading international DeFi projects; candidates with general internet operations experience are also welcome. 2. Independently plan and execute promotional campaigns, with hands-on experience in both online and offline marketing. 3. Manage the company’s overseas new media and social channels (Facebook, Twitter, Zhihu, etc.), promoting products and brand awareness. 4. Establish and oversee overseas community growth; produce and distribute expert content, expand the project’s follower base, source project partnerships, and drive ongoing traffic monetization. 5. Collaborate closely with global operations teams and cross-functional product development teams to achieve shared objectives. 6. Use English as a working language, with full proficiency in listening, speaking, reading, and writing. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor’s degree or higher; majors in finance, economics, or computer science preferred. 2. International background required, with at least one year of experience in the blockchain or DeFi sector. 3. In-depth knowledge of blockchain project promotion channels, methodologies, and best practices. Prior experience with international blockchain (especially DeFi) project operations or relevant network resources is a plus; interns with a strong interest in blockchain or internet operations experience are also encouraged to apply. 4. Ability to analyze and strategize from multiple perspectives, including user needs, market dynamics, business constraints, and competitive landscape. 5. Strong execution skills and drive, with the ability to quickly secure buy-in from upstream and downstream partners. 6. Excellent communication skills in English (listening, speaking, reading, writing), capable of producing professional English-language articles independently. Salary: 10,000–25,000 RMB per month
