- Responsible for the full lifecycle operation of direct exchange clients, including onboarding new users, enhancing user activity, retention, and repurchase management.
- Plan and execute exclusive activities for direct clients (such as recharge rewards, trading competitions, VIP exclusive events, etc.) to increase user engagement and transaction depth.
- Collect and analyze behavior data and feedback from direct clients, providing insights and suggestions for product optimization and operational improvements.
- Coordinate with marketing, product, customer service, and compliance departments to ensure the smooth execution of direct client operations.
- Monitor data related to direct clients (transaction volume, activity levels, retention rates, etc.) and regularly produce operational reports.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and competitive dynamics to continuously optimize direct client operation strategies.
