Leadership and Management:

• Direct and manage the daily operations of all cart an kiosk units, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
• Lead a team of Area Supervisors and frontline staff, providing coaching and development to foster a culture of high performance and customer-centric service

Operational Excellence:

• Ensure adherence to operational standards, including safety and sanitation protocols, to maintain a clean and safe environment for both customers and employees
• Implement Best Practices and operational guidelines to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency

Cross-functional Collaboration

• Work closely with various departments such as Marketing, Research & Development, Human Resources, Supply Chain, IT, Engineering, and accounting to align operational strategies with organizational goals

Performance Monitoring and Improvement

• Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales, profitability, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction to identify areas for improvement
• Develop and implement action plans to address performance gaps and enhance overall business outcomes

Innovation and Customer Experience

• Champion innovative ideas to improve customer experience, including enhancements in store design and product offerings
• Stay abreast of industry trends and customer preferences to ensure the company remains competitive and relevant in the market

1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Hospitality, or related fields
2. At least 3-5 years experience in operations management, preferably in F&B, retail, or consumer-facing industries
3. Strong leadership and team management experience
4. Exceptional communication and organizational skills
5. Proficiency in data analysis and business reporting
6. Willingness to travel nationwide and work on the ground when needed
