Store Site Selection and Expansion: Responsible for selecting store locations in major cities and target areas in Malaysia to ensure the scientific and commercial viability of the site selection; Coordinate relationships with local governments, commercial real estate developers, property management companies, etc., to facilitate site selection negotiations and lease contract signing.

3. Business Resource Development and Management: Expand and maintain commercial storefront resources in the Malaysian market, establishing extensive business partnerships; Regularly evaluate and optimize business resources to ensure effective utilization and long-term stable cooperation.

4. Team Building and Management: Establish and manage development teams, recruit and cultivate professional talent with market expansion and cross-cultural communication skills; Develop team incentive mechanisms to enhance team cohesion and work efficiency.
