We are looking for an experienced, hands-on, and business-minded General Manager to take full responsibility for the overall operations and growth of Planeta Play, our indoor pickleball and social venue in Brgy. San Antonio, Quezon City.

 • Manage daily venue

operations, including opening and closing

• Oversee pickleball bookings and court utilization

• Handle merchandise sales and inventory

• Supervise the bar, kitchen, lounge, and customer service

• Manage staff scheduling, performance, and discipline

• Develop promotions, events, tournaments, and partnerships

• Monitor sales targets, expenses, cash handling, and daily

reports

Must have managerial experience and knowledge in Pickleball.
