Sales Supervisor (Travel Account – BPO)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Team Leader to manage and drive performance for a high-performing sales team in a fast-paced BPO travel account. The role involves leading agents handling hotel bookings, travel reservations, and related travel services, with a strong focus on achieving sales targets, revenue growth, and operational excellence.

This role is ideal for a results-driven leader who excels in coaching teams, managing KPIs, and delivering strong sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of at least 15 sales agents
• Drive achievement of sales targets, revenue goals, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Coach, mentor, and develop agents to improve sales performance and productivity
• Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics and implement improvement plans
• Conduct regular coaching sessions, feedback discussions, and performance reviews
• Ensure adherence to sales processes, quality standards, and company policies
• Analyze sales performance data using Excel and reporting tools
• Collaborate with operations and support teams to ensure smooth workflow and service delivery
• Foster a high-performance, motivated, and goal-oriented team environment

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years BPO experience as a Team Leader or Supervisor
• Proven experience managing sales teams with at least 15 agents
• Travel industry experience (hotel booking, travel sales, reservations, or related accounts) is preferred
• Strong background in managing sales KPIs and revenue-driven performance metrics
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and motivate sales teams
• Excellent communication, analytical, and people management skills
• Proficient in MS Excel, MS Office, and performance tracking tools
• Willing to work in a shifting schedule and fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in travel BPO or airline/hotel reservation accounts
• Strong background in sales coaching and performance improvement strategies
• Experience using CRM or workforce management tools
