Description
- Supervise daily operations and ensure smooth workflow in the restaurant environment.
- Manage and lead a team of staff, fostering a collaborative and positive work atmosphere.
- Monitor quality control and ensure that food and service standards are consistently met.
- Oversee inventory management and supply chain needs to maintain operational efficiency.
- Implement and track cost management strategies to optimize profitability.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related field
- Experience Level: 0–2 years in a managerial role or similar capacity
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication skills, team leadership, and quality control expertise
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent teamwork abilities and a strong work ethic
- Responsibilities and Duties: Familiarity with restaurant management and operations management practices
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced restaurant environment with flexible hours
