The Operations Team Leader manages a team of Operations Supervisors and Captain Drivers and ensures the effective execution of fleet deployment, driver management, and vehicle

performance. This role is vital in bridging middle-management operations to strategic planning

Key Responsibilities:

· Supervise and mentor at least 5 Operations Supervisors and their teams.

· Oversee daily deployment and resolve escalated operational issues.

· Track vehicle uptime, trip productivity, and driver performance.

· Coordinate with HR, Inspection, and Dispatch for end-to-end ops alignment.

· Lead initiatives for continuous operations improvement.

· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or relevant field.

· At least 5 years in operations, with 2 years in a leadership role.

· Strong team leadership and operational analytics capability.

· Must be comfortable working in fast-paced, field-based settings.
