Plan nationwide routes and secure all transit & venue permits at least 7 days in advance. Liaise with local authorities, traffic bureaus, ports and event venues for approvals. Ride along for on-site coordination, emergency troubleshooting and ferry/port arrangements. Follow SLA: 10-min initial response, 30-min escalation, 4-hr issue closure and daily report by 21:00, 24-hr confirmation for sea shipment. Manage driver, on-site staff, venue and logistics resources to ensure punctual and compliant roadshow execution.
